Tropical Toucannon Yogurt Bark
- 1 cup vanilla Forager Yogurt
- 1/4 cup mango, diced
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple, diced
- 1 TBS coconut flakes
- Lime zest
- 2 TBS honey in dipping bowl
1. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet that can fit in the freezer. Evenly spread yogurt on the paper.
2. Gently toss the fruit and flakes on the yogurt. Then, zest one lime over it.
3. Freeze for at least 2 hours so the yogurt is frozen. When you're ready to serve, break into large chunks (bark size) and dip in honey for extra sweetness.
